‍COUNCIL MEETING ON MONDAY

‍REMINDER: A Village Council Work Session will be held on Monday, June 9 at 7:30 pm. The meeting was rescheduled from June 4 due to technical difficulties with the broadcast system in the Courtroom.

‍ARTIST RECEPTION

‍"Stormy Irish Sky" by Peggy Dressel is one of the beautiful watercolor works on display at The Stable for the month of June, courtesy of the Art Center Watercolor Affiliates. Meet Peggy and eight other exhibiting artists at a reception this Sunday, June 8 from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.

‍DOG LICENSE RENEWAL

‍Have a dog? You'll need to renew their license this month. One- and three-year licenses are available through the Ridgewood Health Department. A late fee of $20 per pooch will be assessed after June 30. Download the application.


‍FREE MOVIES IN THE PARK

‍The 16th season of Movies in the Park, sponsored by the Ridgewood Guild, kicks off with "Viva Las Vegas" on Wednesday, June 11 at 9:00 pm. Bring a chair or a blanket to Memorial Park at Van Neste Square, and enjoy Elvis and Ann-Margret under the stars!

‍PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING

‍Residents are invited to a public information meeting on June 18 at 5:30 pm regarding the Safe Routes to School project, which is designed to improve safety for students who walk/bike to school. Improvements are proposed on portions of Lincoln Avenue, Grove Street, Franklin Avenue, North Monroe Street, West Glen Avenue, East Glen Avenue, Bogert Avenue, Hickory Street, Northern Parkway and Franklin Turnpike. Read the details here.
