‍CLOSED ON MONDAY

‍In observance of Memorial Day, all Village offices and departments (except emergency services) will be closed on Monday, May 26. There will be no garbage or recycling pickup, and the Recycling Center also will be closed. Please check the Recycle Coach app or the Village Calendar for changes to the pickup schedule. Enjoy the long weekend!

‍MEMORIAL DAY SERVICE

On Monday, May 26 at 11:00 am, Ridgewood American Legion Post 53 will conduct its annual Memorial Day Service in Memorial Park at Van Neste Square, honoring those who made the ultimate sacrifice in the service of our nation in all branches of our armed forces. The service is open to the public, and all are invited to attend.

‍SUNDAY DEADLINE

‍While Bergen County is one of the wealthiest counties in New Jersey, more than 84,000 people don't have consistent access to adequate amounts of nutritious food. You can help by participating in the “Week of Action Food Drive” sponsored by the Run for Hope Foundation from May 18 through May 25. You may bring your donations of nonperishable food and toiletries to Village Hall or one of the other drop-off locations listed on the flyer.

‍RIDGEWOOD RUN

The Ridgewood Run has been a Memorial Day tradition for 48 years, attracting thousands of participants and spectators from across New Jersey and the tri-state area. Register for one of the races here.
