NEW VILLAGE CALENDAR
ARRIVING SOON!

‍The 2025 Village of Ridgewood calendar - a full-color version for the first time in its history - is being printed and will be arriving at your home or business within the next few weeks. Reminder: January 2025 is located at the back of your 2024 Village Calendar. Many thanks to Ridgewood native Mark Zisk for allowing her gorgeous painting to be featured on the cover of the 2025 Village of Ridgewood Calendar.

‍MONDAY DEADLINE

‍The Ridgewood Village Council is looking for residents who are interested in volunteering to serve on the following Boards and Committees: Zoning Board of Adjustment, Planning Board, Open Space Committee, Central Business District Advisory Committee, Shade Tree Commission, Green Ridgewood, Green Team Advisory Committee, Project Pride, Ridgewood Arts Council, Stigma-Free Task Force and Kasschau Memorial Shell Committee. Visit the Village website for more information. The deadline for submissions is December 30, 2024. 


‍CLOSED ON NEW YEAR'S DAY

‍‍In observance of New Year's Day, Village Hall will be closed on January 1, 2025. There will be no garbage collection, recycling pickup or bulk refuse pickup on New Year's Day. 


‍COUNCIL
REORGANIZATION
MEETING

‍The Village Council Reorganization Meeting will be held on Monday, January 6th at 7:30 pm. Residents are invited to say goodbye to Councilmember Lorraine Reynolds and thank her for her service, and witness the swearing in of Councilmembers Paul Vagianos and Pamela Perron, and Councilmember-elect Frank Mortimer.


‍PARKING PERMITS
AVAILABLE

‍Ridgewood parking permits are being sold at the Reception Desk in the lobby of Village Hall, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. You must bring your driver’s license and vehicle registration(s) for the vehicle(s) you would like to register for a parking permit.

Application forms are available on the Village website. To expedite the process, please download and fill out the appropriate form, and bring it with you to Village Hall. Forms also will be available at the Reception Desk.
