‍RECYCLING CENTER REMINDER

‍On weekdays, Recycling Center staff members will remove recyclable items from the trunk of your vehicle and place them in the appropriate receptacle. Please do not park or exit your vehicle; simply join the queue. On Saturdays, residents handle their own recycling. Please pull into a parking space and place your recyclables in the appropriate receptacle. The Recycling Center is open from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday; closed on Wednesday and Sunday. 


‍CLOSED FOR THANKSGIVING

‍In observance of Thanksgiving, all Village offices and departments (except emergency services) will be closed on November 28th and 29th. There will be no garbage collection or recycling pickup, and the Recycling Center also will be closed. We hope you enjoy the holiday!


‍HELP SPREAD HOLIDAY CHEER


‍SENSORY-FRIENDLY DINNER

This month's dinner will include two special features - a "VIP" Ridgewood tree lighting experience (complete with countdown!) and the opportunity to decorate holiday cards for the Department of Health's annual Cards of Joy campaign. Reserve your space today!


‍ANNUAL TREE LIGHTING

‍Bring the whole family to downtown Ridgewood to celebrate the start of the holiday season on Friday, December 6th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm! (Tree lighting at 6:30 pm.) The annual Ridgewood Chamber of Commerce-sponsored event will feature a host of family-friendly activities including Touch-a-Truck, a trackless train, Santa in his golf cart, live music, dancers in shop windows, and s'mores and firepits in Memorial Park at Van Neste Square.
